At Quickchef, we are proud to announce that we have received the recognition of Best Supplier in Supply and Deliveries by PortAventura, one of the most important theme parks in Europe.
This award was presented during the VII edition of the ‘Dialogue with Suppliers’ event, which brought together more than 180 companies from the sector, allowing them to share projects, strategies, achievements, and future plans.
Achieving this recognition for our supply services with in-resort distribution makes us believe that, little by little, with hard work and perseverance, we are getting closer to our three main goals: ensuring quality products, focusing on the efficiency of our operational system, and achieving excellence in our work.
The collaboration with PortAventura began in 2019, and since then, we have worked season after season to improve our service and optimize our work. At first, Quickchef only supplied a very limited range of products, but the quality and good service associated with them led the recreational center to request more and more products. Over time, we expanded the product offering, demonstrating the company’s ability to adapt to each client’s needs, which can change over time. At Quickchef, we understand that each client is unique, and PortAventura is no exception. As the collaboration grew, we designed customized products and solutions that met their specific demands, contributing to optimizing their operations and improving the visitor experience.
“Over time, we have gone from being a supplier with a limited presence to becoming a strategic partner,” explains Eva Sáez, Deputy Director of Quickchef. In this regard, she notes that they have developed tailor-made solutions for the specific challenges posed by the theme park.
The relationship between PortAventura and Quickchef has grown and consolidated over time thanks to our ability to maintain smooth communication and mutual trust, as well as consistently meeting the delivery times and contractual conditions regarding product quality.
